About Lindsay
I packed up and relocated my life from Troy, IL to Bradenton, FL in August 2009 to be with my childhood sweetheart, Chance and I don't regret a day of it. We were recently married in May 2011 on the white sand of Siesta Key, FL. We have two amazing puppies, Kaya and Kodi, which we refer to as our children.
I am employed full-time as a route manager at Acme Termite & Pest Control and it's basically my home away from home. When I'm not working or chasing puppies, you can find me in the kitchen melting wax or mixing body butter.
I had initially planned on candles and lip balms to become a hobby of mine, so I started pouring wax in December 2010. I knew immediately that this was so much bigger than just any old hobby, so I got with Chance's, Aunt Billie, who makes handmade jewelry and she showed me how to open up a shop on Etsy. I was hooked! I spend several hours a day on Etsy researching, networking, and of course shopping!
Within a few weeks, I expanded my line to body butter, lotions, soy melts, & more and still plan on extending it further. My husband calls it my addiction because I just can't stop and I hope I never will!
